Here's what needs to be done now:

• Review the Theme Report (it's on the Documents page).  If you're background is observations, examine and comment on the requirements tables.  If you're more interested in implementation, comment on our plan. This is a living document. Although the first version is complete, it will be periodically updated.
• Help with implementation. Our success requires that action be taken on our recommendations. Promote the ideas and needs put forth in the Report!
